Terms & Conditions


Payment can be made via all major credit/debit cards.


We are happy to cancel and refund your order at any time providing it is not a personalised order and has not yet been shipped. Once it has been posted, it will be too late for us to do this. If you decide you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped please refer to the refund section for information on how to return you item for a refund.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days, however, this can increase during busy periods and holidays. If timescales are extended details will be available on the homepage.

The dispatch time is how long after you place the order you should expect the item to be shipped, it is not how long it will take to arrive with you.

Items sent within the UK are sent via 1st class signed for mail, unless an upgrade has been selected at checkout, please allow at least 3 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched. This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not Class post as being missing until 10 working days after the date of posting. If your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or replacement will be given.

Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Standard and take a minimum of 7-10 working days for delivery after dispatch. This is the most cost effective method of posting and does not have tracking. If you wish for your parcel to be tracked please contact us and we will arrange a custom listing (this will incur an additional cost).

Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world. If your item hasn't arrived after these timescales a full refund or replacement will be given.

All order are shipped in packaging you can recycle.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct, current address is given. No refunds will be given for items sent to an old/incorrect address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns of non personalised items are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in the condition in which they were sent.

A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items and paid to the original payment card. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds will not include the original postage costs unless the items received were faulty.

Returns of personalised items and sale items are not accepted and no refunds will be issued unless the item arrives in a faulty condition. If this is the case we request that a photo is sent of the item exactly as it arrived. The item must then be returned in the exact condition that it arrived in along with it's original packaging, items that have been tampered with or attempted to be repaired will not be eligible for a refund. Once we have received the item back we will refund the cost of the item, the original postage cost and the return postage cost.
